Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 12, 2026

Stellix doesn't collect visitor data. We believe a true traffic tool should give traffic back to you, not turn your visitors into database entries.

1. What we collect

To provide and improve our service, Stellix may collect the following types of data:

  • Registration data: your email address, username, password (stored with irreversible hashing).
  • Usage records: page views, click data, device info, IP address (anonymized via hashing), browser type.
  • Page content: links you create, images you upload, page title and description.
  • Payment information: payments are processed through Polar.sh (Merchant of Record) — we do not directly store your credit card information. Polar also handles checkout, invoicing, and tax on our behalf; we only retain transaction records and subscription status.

Important notice: Stellix does not collect personal data from your page visitors. We only record anonymous browsing statistics (such as click counts and sources) — we do not track or identify individual visitors.

2. How we use data

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Stellix service
  • To process your subscription and payments
  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests
  • To detect and prevent security threats and abuse
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service
  • To send service-related notifications and updates (you can opt out of marketing communications)

3. Data retention and protection

We protect your data through the following measures:

  • Data is stored in cloud databases with enterprise-grade security
  • All transmissions are protected with encrypted connections
  • Passwords are hashed using industry-standard irreversible algorithms
  • Access permissions are regularly reviewed, applying the principle of least privilege
  • Your data is retained for the lifetime of your account. After account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days (except where legally required to retain it)

4. Cookies and tracking

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Essential cookies: used to maintain your login state and security verification.
  • Analytics cookies: used to understand how users engage with our service so we can improve it.

We do not use advertising tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data to third-party advertisers.

5. Third-party services

To provide our service, we work with the following third parties:

  • Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection
  • Vercel — website hosting and deployment
  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Polar.sh — payment processing and invoicing (Merchant of Record)

These third-party services each have their own privacy policies — we recommend reviewing how they handle data.

6. Your rights

Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the following rights:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request a copy of your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Request that we stop collecting, processing, or using your personal data

To exercise any of these rights, submit a request through our contact page — we'll respond within 30 days.

7. Minor protection

Stellix is only available to users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors under 18. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately. If you believe we may have collected data from a minor, please contact us right away.

8. Policy changes

We may revise this privacy policy from time to time. Major changes will be communicated via email or an in-service notification. Continued use of the service after a revision means you agree to the revised policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed.
