Terms of Service

Stellix (hereinafter "the Service") is a visual link-in-bio platform that provides users with the tools to create, manage, and share personalized product showcase pages.

The Service provides users with tools to create, manage, and share personalized product showcase pages. Before using the Service, please read these Terms of Service ("the Terms") carefully. By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the Terms.

Content you upload or create through the Service (including but not limited to links, images, text, and page settings) remains your intellectual property.

However, to provide the Service, you grant Stellix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, transmit, and store your content. This license is limited to what is necessary to provide the Service.

You warrant that the content you upload does not infringe any third-party rights and that you are authorized to upload it.

When using the Service, you may not engage in any of the following:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or pornographic
• Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Send spam or conduct unauthorized commercial promotion
• Impersonate others or mislead other users
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service's systems or other users' accounts
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal activity

Violations give Stellix the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account, with no refund.

• The Service offers Free, Pro, and Premium plans. Paid plan pricing and features are detailed on the pricing page.
• Pro and Premium plans include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no charge.
• Payments are processed through Polar.sh (Merchant of Record), priced in USD and supporting major credit cards (including cards issued overseas). The actual amount charged depends on your issuer's daily exchange rate. Invoices and receipts are provided directly by Polar.
• Subscriptions auto-renew. Unless you cancel before the end of your billing period, the subscription will renew automatically and be charged.
• Yearly plans come with a 20% discount (equivalent to getting 2 months free on a 12-month plan).
• Stellix reserves the right to adjust prices. Price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance.

Stellix subscription services fall under Article 2, Section 5 of Taiwan's "Applicable Principles of Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Rescind a Consumer Distance Contract" — namely, "digital content not provided on a tangible medium, or online services that are complete once provided" — and therefore do not fall under the 7-day return right stated in Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Once you complete your subscription payment, you can immediately use all features provided by the subscription plan. By checking the agreement during the subscription process, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that the Service is not subject to the 7-day evaluation period.

Once subscription fees are paid, refunds are generally not provided unless otherwise specified. This includes but is not limited to: monthly plans, yearly plans, upgrade fees, and add-on purchases.

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. Your paid subscription period continues until the end of the current period. After expiration, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan, and your data will be handled according to Stellix's data retention policy.

The platform interface, source code, design, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property of the Service belong to Stellix or its licensors.

Without Stellix's prior written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service.

Stellix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, without prior notice.

Stellix will make reasonable efforts to restore service within a reasonable time after interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure — but is not liable for losses caused by such interruptions.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Stellix makes no express or implied warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellix is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service — unless such damages are caused by Stellix's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

These Terms are interpreted and applied under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

The parties agree that any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the Taichung District Court of Taiwan as the court of first instance.
