Refund Policy

1. Nature of the service

Stellix subscription services fall under Article 2, Section 5 of Taiwan's "Applicable Principles of Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Rescind a Consumer Distance Contract" — namely, "digital content not provided on a tangible medium, or online services that are complete once provided" — and therefore do not fall under the 7-day return right stated in Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act.

2. Free trial and evaluation

Stellix's Pro and Premium plans both include a 7-day free trial. During the trial, you can experience every feature of the plan.

  • You can cancel anytime during the trial at no charge
  • The trial period serves as an effective evaluation period, giving you ample time to decide whether the product fits your needs
  • If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will start automatically and be charged

3. Post-subscription refund rules

Once you complete your subscription payment, you can immediately use all features provided by the subscription plan. By checking the agreement during the subscription process, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that the Service is not subject to the 7-day evaluation period.

Once subscription fees are paid, refunds are generally not provided unless otherwise specified in this policy. This includes but is not limited to: monthly plans, yearly plans, upgrade fees, and add-on purchases.

4. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. After cancellation:

  • Your paid subscription period continues until the end of the period — you still have full plan access during that time
  • After expiration, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan
  • Your data is handled according to Stellix's data retention policy — it won't be deleted immediately due to the downgrade

5. Exceptional refund cases

In the following cases, Stellix will evaluate on an individual basis and may provide a refund or compensation:

  • A major Stellix service failure prevents normal use for more than 72 hours
  • Duplicate charges caused by a Stellix system error
  • Unauthorized charges caused by card fraud (reasonable evidence required)
  • Other special circumstances determined by Stellix

6. Upgrades and downgrades

Stellix currently only supports plan upgrades — downgrades are not supported. If you need to adjust your plan, we recommend choosing a new plan after your current subscription expires.
