• We will never ask for your password or verification code via email, phone, SMS, or LINE
• We will never ask you to click an unknown link to "re-log in" citing "account anomaly" or "system upgrade"
• We will never ask you to transfer funds to a specific account
• We will never proactively offer paid services like "account unlock," "refunds," or "customer support assistance"

Any message making the above requests is a scam.

Watch out for look-alike URL traps, such as:

• stellix.com(not official)
• stellix-tw.cc(not official)
• stelllix.cc(extra letter)
• stellix.cc.xxx.com(different TLD)

Before logging in, always confirm the address bar shows stellix.cc.

Anyone claiming to be "Stellix support" using channels other than the above is not official.

• Fake support phishing

  Impersonating Stellix support to request your account, password, or verification code

• Fake "upgrade" links

  Emails that look official offering upgrade deals, linking to phishing sites

• Fake "violation notices"

  Claiming your page violates rules and asking you to click a link to resolve it

• Impersonation page scams

  Creating Stellix pages that impersonate well-known brands to sell fake products

1. Stop immediately — don't click any links or provide any information
2. Check the sender — official emails come from the @stellix.cc domain
3. Contact official support — email support@stellix.cc to verify
4. Report to Taiwan's 165 anti-fraud hotline (if financial loss has occurred)

• Use a strong password (uppercase + lowercase + numbers + symbols, at least 8 characters)
• Do not share your password with anyone
• Change your password regularly
• If you notice suspicious logins, change your password immediately and notify support
• Do not post sensitive personal information (ID numbers, bank accounts, etc.) on your public page

• Do not post suspicious or unverified links on your Stellix page
• Product links should lead to the actual merchant
• If promoting deals, clearly label the source
• If you discover a fraudulent page on Stellix, report it immediately to support@stellix.cc
